His initial years in the United States

Amol was in the United States when he started his professional journey. He joined MirrorPlus Technologies as one of the founder employees of MirrorPlus Technologies with penny stock options. He gave his best at the company which was somewhere beneficial for the company’s success. But then the company was acquired by American Reprographics in 2003 and went for its IPO (Initial Public Offering) in 2005.

Although it was such a crucial phase, during this period Amol learnt a lot about business and its procedure that would help him to become an inspiring leader. He also enhanced his knowledge about business growth, corporate strategy, and managing teams during this time and such skills would become very important to his business ventures.

When Amol was in the United States, he also floated a startup, Catalyst Business Partners LLC (CBP) in 2002. It is an IT services business that quickly became known for its creative solutions. This business showed that he could predict market trends and take advantage of chances.

Global Approach

Expands business on international level

In 2006, Amol went to Dubai in 2006 when he found a greater need for IT services in the Middle East and Africa. It was such a turning point in his career when he set up a subsidiary of CBP over there. CBP is a System Integrator and an Oracle Platinum partner. In a span of 16 years, the Company created significant business in UAE and African countries such as Senegal, Guinea, Cameroon, and Egypt. The Company employs over 200 staff and has a turnover of US$ 25 million. As of now CBP is known for its dedication to quality and new ideas.

Amol always had a desire to become a successful businessman and beyond CBP, he has broadened his holdings and made his investments into several businesses that run smoothly. He is also associated with multiple businesses such as Terra Firma Commodities (TFC) where he is one of the co-founder of the company and manages higher departments. He also focuses on environmentally friendly ways to do business in the commodities industry. He is simultaneously working as a shareholder and Board Member of Senslytics Corporation and assists businesses to make predictive analytics better, which helps companies make better choices. Apart from this, he is a board member of The Trip Works Holdings Ltd where he is a key figure decoding how new technologies are changing the way.
